Looking at actor Katrina Kaif’s latest training video makes us want to say ‘Dayummm girl!’ Time and again, Katrina has proved that she will remove all the stops to achieve a milestone. The actor took to her Instagram account to share her workout video which not only looks intense but might also inspire you to achieve gold. In the given video, we see Katrina getting trained for her action sequences in the upcoming film, Tiger 3. Since she plays a Pakistani spy in the film and we have seen how she fights with bad boys in the previous instalments, it seems like the makers are going to take this a notch higher.
Going by her video, Katrina’s action sequence will definitely starstruck you in the movie. Giving a glimpse of her intense workout, Katrina preaches that she works all the f**king time. She also mentioned how her trainers help her learn something new every day. Taking the video on her page, Kat wrote, “#work ………….actually I would be nothing without the amazing teachers and trainers who work so patiently with me @kuldeepshashi learning something new everyday” Watch the video here
Earlier, in an interview with GQ, the 38-year-old actor said, “I love training. Without it, I’m not the best that I can be. I try to work out six days a week, for at least 45 minutes. I enjoy taking care of my body.”
On the professional front, other than reuniting with Salman Khan for Tiger 3, Katrina Kaif also has Phone Bhoot with Ishaan Khatter and Sidhanth Chaturvedi, a superwoman movie, helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar and an untitled film with South superstar Vijay Sethupathi.
